Police in Michigan say a man resisted arrest and used his 5-month-old niece as a shield — threatening to break her neck — before he was Tasered.

Authorities in Bay County’s Monitor Township say 26-year-old Jose Garcia of Edcouch, Texas, was sitting in a vehicle and holding the baby when they responded to a retail fraud complaint Wednesday night.

Police said Garcia, who is wanted in Texas and Michigan, said, “I will kill this baby, I will break its neck.”

Deputies said they used the TASER after several attempts to extricate the child. Thank God she was not hurt.

Garcia faces charges including unlawful imprisonment, resisting and obstructing police and second-degree child abuse.

This incident just goes to show you that the TASER is a great option for takin’ it to the Bad Guys!

I admit it… I love watching The Apprentice. There are so many great lessons in every episode.

I wanted to point out Donald Trump’s main message on tonight’s episode… as it relates to this blog!

In the Boardroom, it appeared he got a little fired up when he pointed out that YOU NEVER VOLUNTEER TO GET EXECUTED!

I couldn’t agree more! What was T-Boz thinking? Why would you voluntarily agree to increase your chances of getting fired??

Trump’s reminder also rings true when it comes to protecting yourself from harm.

Would you raise your hand and volunteer if a robbery suspect yelled out, “Who is going to get in the car and ride to the nearest ATM with me?”  Of course not.

Who would volunteer as “bait” for a live television show titled ” Strange Behaviors of Florida Alligators”?

I hope nobody would… but maybe I’m wrong?

The point is… never make it easier for the “bad guy” to hurt you.

Whether it’s a robbery suspect… an alligator… or Donald Trump,…when you volunteer to get executed, it’s probably going to happen!

I’m glad he fired two people tonight… those viral video were lame!
